MLA Shannon Martin, Morris

Thank you, Lord, for strong leaders who have a passion to serve in a political stance. We ask today Father that your hand of guidance would be upon MLA Shannon Martin. We thank You, that Shannon is an active member of the community and that he is proud to stand for the things that matter such as health care, good jobs and a good environment for our families to grow up in.  We pray as he represents the electoral district of Morris that your favor would rest upon his and that you would guide and lead his steps. We ask that your hand of protection be upon him and that your Blessing would be upon his life.  We pray as he leads and serves that your hand of guidance would be upon him. In Jesus Name, Amen  

Shannon Martin was first elected as the MLA for Morris in a by-election in January 2014 and was re-elected on April 19, 2016. In addition to his duties as an MLA, Shannon also serves as the co-chair of Manitoba’s Red Tape Reduction Task Force as well as Deputy Government Whip. Shannon grew up in rural Manitoba and resides in La Salle with his wife and their three children. He is an avid runner, and enjoys coaching
