MLA: Ted Marcelino - Tyndall Park

Thank-you Father, for MLA Ted Marcelino, and for his willingness to serve Manitoba.  I ask that you would break down any barriers in his life and in his work that may be causing him to feel halted.  Open his eyes to see what needs to be done and grant him wisdom and knowledge to accomplish those things.  May he experience divine insight into situations that he is facing.  Surround him with positive, uplifting relationships and mentors.  May he find times of rest and refreshing for his body and soul.  In the Name of Jesus, Amen.

Ted was elected as the member of the legislative assembly for Tyndall Park on Oct. 4, 2011. Ted has a long history of community service in Winnipeg. He has volunteered his time as a commissioner for oaths and has also assisted families with Manitoba provincial nominee program applications.


Ted studied law at the University of the Philippines and worked as an attorney before immigrating to Canada. Ted has worked as an employee with the federal government for the past 10 years. Ted and his wife of 39 years are active members of St. Edwards Church and both serve as presenters in marriage-preparation classes.

• Panel member of the Residential Tenancies Commission of Manitoba.
