MLA Bob Lagasse, Dawson Trail


Heavenly Father, We humbly come before you today and ask that your hand of guidance be upon MLA Bob Lagasse. We ask that your abounding Love would surround him and his family. We ask that you would fill any voids or emptiness in his heart. We pray as he leads in this capacity that you would lead an guide his every step and decision. I pray that your ways will be evident in his life. Place a hedge of protection around him, his family and his constituency.  In Jesus name Amen.

Bob Lagassé was elected to his first term as the MLA for Dawson Trail on April 19, 2016. He is the eldest of four siblings and was raised in a bilingual Metis home in St. Adolphe. Bob met his wife Andrea while working at Winkler Bible Camp as counsellors. They have been together 18 years and are the parents of 5 children, including two foster daughters.

MLA Judy Klassen, Kewatinook

We Thank you Lord for your covering, We Thank you for your Grace. Today we come together on this social media platform and pray for MLA Judy Klassen. We pray Lord today for a new awakening. We ask that your Holy Spirit would guide and direct Judy as she serves in this position. We pray for the riding of Kewatinook that she is serving would be under the shadow of the Almighty. We pray that Judy would seek your face and all decisions would be your will we pray. We pray that you would grant her wisdom and a divine knowledge as she faces different scenarios and political issues. May her voice be in line with your voice and your blessing and grace be upon her and her family we pray. In Jesus name. Amen

Judy Klassen is your elected Member of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba for the riding of Kewatinook (elected in 2016).  Judy and her husband Jason have six children. She grew up in a remote fly-in Northern reserve and has spent over ten years working and living in an urban area and completing post-secondary education.

MLA Wab Kinew, Fort Rouge


MLA Wab Kinew -  Lord, we thank You for this young, energetic and intelligent First Nations leader of the NDP.  We bless his family and his heart to sow into the next generation.  We ask that You would draw him near and reveal Yourself to him.  He already has a heart for social justice issues.  Give him Your heart for the plight of the human condition.  Bless him as he serves Manitoba.

Wab Kinew is the Leader of the Manitoba New Democratic Party and Leader of the Opposition.  Before entering politics, he was a musician, broadcaster and university administrator, best known as a host of programming on CBC Radio an CBC Television. Kinew is married to Lisa, a family physician who practices medicine at an inner-city clinic, and has two sons from a previous relationship.
